Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Caddi platform at caddigolf.app, operated by Gather Technologies Pty Ltd (ABN 46 695 159 463). By using Caddi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. The service

Caddi is a multi-tenant golf trip management platform. It provides tools for trip organisers ("Organisers") to manage players, itineraries, scoring, leaderboards, media, and related trip logistics. Players use Caddi to access trip information, submit scores, and participate in trip activities.

3. Accounts and access

You access Caddi via a magic link sent to your email address. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account. You must not share your sign-in links with others.

Trip organisers may add you to a trip by entering your name and email address. By being added, you will receive transactional emails from Caddi related to that trip.

4. Payments and refunds

Trip organisers pay a per-player fee to use Caddi for their trip. Payments are processed by Stripe. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is issued, Stripe's processing fees are non-recoverable and will be deducted from the refund amount. Contact hello@caddigolf.app to request a refund.

5. Content and photos

You retain ownership of any content you upload to Caddi, including photos, scores, and text. By uploading content, you grant Caddi a licence to store, display, and transmit that content to other members of your trip as part of the normal operation of the platform.

Trip organisers may upload profile photos of players in their trip for roster and leaderboard display. By registering players, the organiser confirms they have consent to upload photos on their behalf. Players may replace or remove their own photo at any time by logging in.

You must not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes the rights of others.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: attempting to access other users' data without authorisation, interfering with the platform's operation, using Caddi for purposes other than golf trip management, or creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Caddi available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss arising from platform downtime.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Caddi and Gather Technologies Pty Ltd are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Caddi at any time for breach of these Terms. Trip organisers may remove players from their trips at their discretion. You may request deletion of your account by contacting privacy@caddigolf.app.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of Caddi after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
