how does caddi actually work?
Caddi runs a private golf trip end to end. Set the trip up in a few minutes, send your players the link, and the app carries the group from that first message through registration, payments, pairings, live scoring and the settle-up. The organiser stops running a spreadsheet and starts playing the round.
1. set the trip up
Pick your dates, the courses you're playing, and the scoring format. Add the roster from your phone contacts or a paste. Tees, slope and indexes for more than 1,100 Australian courses are already loaded.
Building costs nothing and needs no card. You can shape the whole thing before deciding to invite anyone.
2. invite your players
Each player gets a link to your trip's landing page in your trip's colours. They tap it, put their name in, pay their $15, and they're on the roster. If you'd rather bundle the fee into the trip cost, you can pay for the seats yourself and register your players in.
The $15 per player is the whole commercial model — no monthly fee, no per-round charge.
3. play the tournament
Pairings and tee sheets build themselves from the roster. Scoring is hole-by-hole on the phone, the leaderboard updates live, and the itinerary, chat, photos and shared expenses live in the same app the crew already opened to check tee times.
When the trip's over, the archive stays. Next year you can copy the trip forward and change what's different.
