what does caddi cost?

Caddi is free to build. It costs $15 per player, one-off, when the organiser invites them into the trip. No monthly fee, no per-round charge, no card until you're ready to bring your crew in. Most organisers add the $15 to the trip cost — one price for everything the app does over the course of the trip.

$15 per player, one-off

The organiser buys their seats up front — one seat per player they're bringing on the trip. It's a single charge per player, for this trip. Next year's trip is a new trip and a new set of seats.

what a seat buys

  • Registration and the roster — one link per player, in your trip's colours
  • More than 1,100 Australian courses' tees, slope and indexes already loaded
  • Pairings, tee sheets and the daily field
  • Hole-by-hole live scoring and the live leaderboard
  • Itinerary, rooms and travel details in one place
  • The trip feed: photos, polls and chat
  • Shared expenses and settle-up at the end
  • The archive — the trip stays around for next year to copy forward

building is free

You can set up the whole trip — dates, courses, format, roster, itinerary — before you decide to bring anyone in. No card at signup, no trial timer. The bill lands the moment you invite your first player. See the setup flow in how Caddi works.

who pays

Either the organiser buys the seats and folds it into the trip cost, or the players pay their own $15 as they register — the same total either way. Groups running a tour operator's brand on Caddi have their own commercial arrangement; see Caddi for tour operators.
