Do my guests need to download an app?
No download needed. Your tour app opens in any browser. Guests who prefer can install Caddi from the App Store or Google Play.
Do you need to be a digital native to use Caddi?
No. Guests sign in with the email you already have for them. No passwords. Today's tee time, group and room are on the first screen.
Can partners who don't play golf come on the tour?
Yes. Mark a guest as not playing and they get the itinerary, dinners, transfers and rooms, without being asked for a handicap.
Can the other hosts in my business use it?
Yes. Every host is included in the price, and you can run several tours at once, each with its own host.
How long does setup take?
Most tours import in a minute or two from the documents you already have. When you start, we import your current tours for you and train your team.
Does Caddi take a cut of my bookings?
No. Card payments go straight into your own Stripe account. You pay Stripe's card fees and nothing to Caddi.
Do I have to replace my booking system?
No. Keep it for quotes and supplier bookings. Caddi picks up once the tour is sold and carries it through to the last round.
Whose guest list is it?
Yours. Every guest across every tour sits in one record, and you can export it whenever you like.
Is it branded as Caddi?
Every tour carries your name, logo, colours and photography. Your guests see your brand.
Does it draw the groups for me?
Yes. Caddi makes the groups in one tap, and you can move anyone before you publish the draw.
Does it work for domestic weekend tours too?
Yes. A weekend away runs the same way as a week overseas.
What can I import?
Itinerary PDFs, spreadsheets, a photo of the tee sheet or a forwarded booking confirmation.
Can guests pay by bank transfer instead?
Yes. Card payments run through Stripe, and guests who pay by bank transfer can mark it, so your guest list stays complete.
Can I refund a guest?
Yes. Refund a payment from the guest list and it goes back to the guest's card.
Can guests see each other's details?
Guests see who's coming, with names and photos. You can hide the guest list if you'd rather.
Can I link the tour page from my own website?
Yes. Every tour has its own page and link to share or put on your site.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It's yours. Export your guest list whenever you like, including before you go.
Where is my guests' data kept?
The primary database is in Australia. Everything travels over HTTPS, each guest sees only their own tour, and we don't sell personal information.
